All 9 persons in our group said we had such a great time visiting Hanoi Sapa Halong Bay and Ninh Binh . Through a number of email exchanges leading up to our booking, Ms Minh Ninh efficiently helped us (my wife and I and our 16-year old son), tailor a trip perfectly suited to our needs: an excellent base at the E-Central Hotel in Hanoi; 4-days cycling in Mai Chau and Ninh Binh; a river boat ride and food markets in Bac Ha; and 2-days treking in Sapa. Homestay accommodations outside Hanoi were excellent; ranging from authentic village homes to small private hostels and hotels. The hosts were all wonderful and their home cooking divine. Our greatest thanks go to our intrepid guide Mr Nam Bui; and our calm and confident driver Mr Hi. Nothing was too much trouble to Custom Travel; even the last minute hiring of a e-bike for one of our group, which made the 4-day ride so much more enjoyable.
