We had a great day out on our tour to Nimh Bin. Our guide was lovely. The trip was on my birthday and Julie from the office called me to wish me happy returns and I was also given a lovely bouquet of flowers which was so gratefully received. We loved the boat ride and the cycle ride it was a perfect combination with great scenery. Lots of lovely memories. Thank you.

The entire country was impressive. Every city had its own charm. We were a group of five people and each of us described the vacation in Vietnam as memorable. We started in Hanoi and ended in Saigon ( I prefer the old name of Saigon rather than Ho Chi Minh City ). We had Custom Vietnam Tour organize our vacation. I dealt personally with Liliana Pham who was so professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

This company was great to deal with right from the start they listened to what we wanted then cxame back with an itinerary to match. They included all the things we wanted. Everything went smoothly on the trip and we didnt have any problems at all. The accommodation that they selected were all very nice and in great locations. The food included was excellent and many of the restaurants were in great locations, we had a great variety of food over the 23 days. All of the guides were very passionate and cobsiderate of us, all spoke very good english and knowledgeable about the area that they were showing us. The drivers were also very good safe and well maintained vehicles. Overall i would highly recommend this company to anyone that is considering a holiday in vietnam.

First of, I want to thank Jane for her assistance. Her quick responses to my queries regarding the tour is very much appreciated. I felt very comfortable from the get go that I can trust her and the tour company. The choice of day tours were great. Halong Bay was fantabulous . I can’t stop my ooooh and ahhhh because of it’s beauty especially the cave.The company provided an excellent service. Vien (not sure if it’s the correct spelling), our tour guide is very accommodating and has a wealth of information of all the places we went to. He is very patient and always making sure that we are happy and comfortable. Jane's hotel choice for us, 9 people in total, was superb. The hotel staff was excellent. The pregnant lady (forgot her name) in the restaurant who served us breakfast was wonderful. On my niece’s birthday, I requested for a small piece of cake so we can sing happy birthday to her. The lady gave us a whole cake. I insisted on paying but she said courtesy of the hotel. How great is that. Certainly went above and beyond our expectation. The lunches that were included in the package were amazing. Variety of choices and super yummy. I was afraid at first because I might not like the seasoning they use, but everything was surprisingly delicious. Great choices of restaurants Jane. I was in contact with Susan Nguyen who made with me a fantastic itinerary. She accepted all my wishes and she did a very good job. If you want to do a tailormade trip in Vietnam this is really a very good agency to organise your trip. A few months ago, my boyfriend and I decided to travel to Vietnam on our vacations. We've done some research about the country and most interesting activities to do / places to go / pictures / other visitors' opinions. So, we decided the cities we wanted to go and some activities. After all that, we've e-mailed 3 apparently reliable and recommended local tourism companies, and Custom Vietnam Travel was the best one: guides all over Vietnam and other countries, quick reply, competitive prices,... Ms. Julie Bui, our sales representative, was very friendly / welcoming since the very first e-mail. She adapted our schedule attempt and was responsible for making our trip absolutelly perfect! Our private tour was about 10 days, in which we visited Ho Chi Minh (Saigon), Da Nang, Hoi An (absolutelly cute city!), Hanoi and Ha Long Bay. Ms. Julie arranged everything: domestic air tickets, hotels, 2days-1night cruise, drivers / guides, cars with air conditioner and mineral water available all the time, all entrance fees to our activities,...and almost every day she called us to know if was everything ok or we needed something else like changing pick-up times...scheduled activities,.. Our trip is infortunatelly over (because we need to work! ^^") and we do thank so much Ms. Julie, all our nice and friendly guides / drivers and CVT for the EXCELLENT service. We definetely loved the experience and will surely recommend to friends and family! Price is so worth it (it's not only for millionaires, because we definitelly aren't)!

This was a really perfectly prepared trip. Good quality hotels, comfortable and punctual transportation, great restaurants and good guide-men. We had really great vacation. All details were earlier fixed and the whole programme was done. Really good quality to price relation. I can say this was the best organized tour I have ever had.

My wife and I had an individual tour through Vietnam and Cambodia. Everything worked out perfectly. There was always somebody picking us up at the airport and we could stay in very nice hotels. A good value for the price. For us the program was almost packed too densely and the next time we would include a few additional days to relax in between. The service we obtained was clearly above our expectations.
