3 weeks in Vietnam
We had a fantastic 3 weeks in Vietnam thanks to Susan. She is amazing! From the very first email we had fast replies and nothing was too much trouble. We only changed a couple of things on the suggested itinerary. It was so easy and stress free. The cars were never even a minute late and our guides were knowledgeable which was great for my very inquisitive husband who asks a million questions! Our hotels were mostly great (we only went 3 stars but some were more like 4). We got a phone from day 1 to call Susan with anything we needed which made us feel relaxed and worry free. The price was lower than any other quote we got and just so much faster in response and in a very caring way. Thanks again Susan, we hope to come back one day and will pass on your email to all our friends interested in Vietnam.

Great trip to the Mekong and the south of Vietnam! Thanks!
We recently did a trip to the south of Vietnam and were pleasantly surprised by the punctual and reliable and knowledgeble service of Liliana Pham and the whole team at Custom Vietnam Travel Day Tours. From the welcoming at the airport to the choice of hotel in Ho-Chi-Minh-City to the sampan-tour on the Mekong river to the choice of hotel at Long-Hai to the transfer back to the airport the whole trip was well planned and perfectly executed. We felt always welcome and we were happy with all tour guides, drivers etc. We are definitely planning to come back to Vietnam and we certainly will choose Liliana and colleagues to plan our trip to the north of Vietnam. Outstanding service
I spent a week in north Vietnam, traveling with my two sons (11 and 16). Custom Travel helped organise the whole itinerary, taking the hassle out of the process and making good suggestions based on practical experience, without ever making me feel like I was losing control. Based in Vietnam, their advice was useful and their pricing was very reasonable.
Our trip included time in crazy, chaotic Hanoi, a night train to Sapa, a couple of days trekking in the mountains of far north Vietnam, a trip to Bac Ha for the Sunday market, and an overnight boat trip around Halong Bay. The guide was helpful and informative throughout. The driver was punctual and friendly.
We were afforded insights into life and culture that we would never have experienced traveling alone. We had a great time and I would happily recommend Custom Travel.

Great Service

Excellent guides and responsive service
We used Custom Vietnam for two separate day trips to Ninh Binh and Cuc Phuong National Park. Both days included a private driver in addition to the tour guide. The guides were well informed and spoke excellent English. The company was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and made the planning easy. Would highly recommend this group!

Fun, Charming, and Unpredictable in a Positive Way Vietnam and Cambodia
From the time we were picked up at the Airport in Hanoi to leaving Siem Reap, Cambodia over a 3 week span the service of the Company Custom Vietnam Travel was excellent. We felt safe and were comfortable. Our Holiday was action packed, never a dull moment. Our were guides friendly and helpful. We were amazed at the flexibility and the assistance we received by the company. (one of our friends had medical issues). The accommodation was great. The food was "out of this world". Our itinerary was action packed. The people of Vietnam and Cambodia you are truly amazing. Thank You

Everything smooth, interesting and fun
We booked a 3-night, 4-day little tour through this company.I compared their offer with others and they were more complete, more rapid and not more expensive. They picked my daugher and me up in Hanoi, took us to the Ninh Binh area for the big Buddhist complex, hiking in the the national park, visiting the monkey refuge center, a boat trip in Tam Coc, etc. Then they drove us up to Halong Bay for a night on a boat there, and then back to Hanoi. It was great. Our guide, Peter, was excellent and the driver a real professional. Peter is very knowledgeable, not just about Vietnam but also geopolitics and different cultures and it was a real pleasure to discuss with and learn from him. Itinerary nice and varied as we had requested, hotels and food very good, all OK.

17 day tour of Indochina.
I was looking for a tour company to arrange a tour of Indochina, My google search came up with Custom Vietnam which had excellent reviews, I wasn't disappointed. My contact person was Susan Nguyen (Ms), Lovely young lady and so helpful. My requirements were 17 day tour of specifically Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Susan organized everything, hotels, transport, internal flights, guides and sightseeing itinerary. I would rate the hotels as above average, guides spoke good English and very knowledgeable on local and national history. To have organized this tour from home (Scotland) over the internet would have been a nightmare. I can't recall a single negative throughout the entire tour, hence the reason for five stars. After reading my review I'm sure you won't be surprised to hear I would highly recommend this company. Susan is on whatsapp which means you can chat to her directly for free, and she speaks good English, Just remember the 7hrs time difference !!

customized two week guided travel
We needed help with our planning for a two week trip in Laos which needed to include a region called the Four Thousand Islands. Sitting in New York trying to figure out how to get there, where to stay, and how to see everything, proved to be more of a challenge than we anticipated. We googled travel in SE Asia and Custom Vietnem Travel seemed like it might be the right one to reach out to. Minh Ninh from that company emailed us and from that moment on, we were in good hands. She responded promptly to every question and continued to pay close attention to us from the moment we arrived in SE Asia to the moment our guide met us at the Lao border. The entire two weeks were packed full with a well organized personalized itinerary, guides at each stop and tickets in advance for all travel needs. After traveling for three months on our own, it was a breath of fresh air to have given responsibility for those two weeks to Minh. Ask for her if you have a chance, you won't be disappointed.
