We received recommendations for always perfectly located accommodations within walking distance of the sights you need to see. In the north we made a very nice trip to Sapa and Bac Ha and a full day hike with fantastic views of the rice fields, guided by a tour guide. The boat tour on the Bai to Long Bay was simply fantastic and it was a great experience. Again everything was great and we were very happy to meet Rosie personally and share our experiences. We also had very nice days in the south. Especially our tour guide (Ngon) was top. She told us a lot about the country and the people. Also a 7 hour bike tour with farmstay and cooking class for dinner (how to make fresh spring rolls) was a great experience. Also the Mekondelta with its floating market was very pleasant. This is exactly how an excursion should be arranged. The hotel in Can Tho was again beautiful and perfectly located. I had a amazing 6 day tour in North Vietnam starting from Hanoi later to Cao Bang City, Ban Gioc Waterfall& Nguom Ngao Cave, Ba Be Lake and national park, Bac Son and Bac Son Valley and last Ninh Binh. We had a wonderful experience with Custom Tours Vietnam. The range of travel operators in Hanoi is bewildering and I found Custom to be: - Reasonably priced and good value for money - Honest and caring - Responsive and helpful Rosie put together an itinerary to see the north of the country (Ha Giang, Dong Van, Meo Vac and Ba Be), which was amazing. Beautiful, stunning scenery, non-touristy and off the beaten track. The hotels were great, our driver fantastic and the guide, Tranh, brilliant and unbelievably knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.

Visited Hanoi, Ma Chau, Pu Luong, Ninh Binh and Halong Bay. All arrangement were made with operation manager Tracy Vu with ease. Driver was extremely careful to ensure smooth drive throughout the whole trip. Our hiking and cycling trips in Ma Chau, Pu Luong and Ninh Binh was expertly led by Mr Bien (a top guy) who was very good with his insights, guide and patience. If I’m going back to tour indochina again, I will engage Custom Vietnam again.

What a great company, Minh was quick to answer questions via email. We booked a 3 day trip for the 2 of us and had a very professional guide Mr Lam and his driver. Our guide was very knowledgeable, full of information and catered for all our requirements very professionally.
