We had a group of 8, including 2 young children. Clover at Custom Vietnam Travel created an amazing 8 day overview of Vietnam trip. Our only complaint was that we needed longer. We fell in love with Vietnam, and we attribute that to the excellent planning and customer care of Custom Vietnam Travel. 💕 Highly, highly recommended! My only note to to be sure to request non-smoking rooms if that is a preference and also to note if you want a pool at your hotel. I have no doubt they can make the accommodations.

I went to Northern Vietnam for 10 days and 9 nights as a solo traveler. Julie was Custom Vietnam tours was amazing. She prepared multiple itineraries and recommendations based on my interests and budget. My guide Thanh, was very friendly, helpful and spoke perfect English. If you are traveling around Northern Vietnam please ask for him! I would highly recommend this company and will be using their services again next year.

We are finally back home but still loving the moments in Vietnam. We engaged Custom Vietnam travel to plan a private tour for us visiting Sapa, Ninh Binh and Halong Bay, it was perfect, puncture, and really introduce very local food to our request. The office staff Ms Clover response immediately to all correspondence, feeling so comfortable even before we leave home. The rowing boat trip in Ninh Binh Trang An is a must do, very relax and going through the caves is very amazing and the scenery is very nice. Overnight trip at Halong Bay by cruise is amazing. Sapa nice rice terrace field especially for those who likes hiking or trekking.

We booked a 12 day trip from South to North and from start to finish was one of the best trips we have ever done. Starting with Miss Liliana in the office who assisted us with our booking and always responded immediately to our emails. Our guides....Miss Ngon in Ho Chi Min, Mr. Nam in Hue and Mr Cong in Hanoi were all absolutely sensational and each had a driver with them who was skilful in negotiating the traffic and always made us feel comfortable. We were picked up on time in beautiful cars with water on hand and air -con. The hotels we stayed in were all of the highest standard and the lunches provided each day in the restaurants were just superb. We saw so much of cultural Vietnam at each place and our guides were very knowledgeable. The itinerary was just great and gave us a wonderful tour with many memorable experiences like the Floating Markets in Can Tho and riding bicycles and a Water Buffalo in Hoi An. When going on boats etc we even had our own boat and were away from the masses, just perfect. I cannot stress too much how good this trip was, the planning, the service, the quality of everything was well above our expectations. If you are coming to Vietnam and want the very best, safest and fun way to see it as a couple or small group then I could not imagine using anyone else but Custom Vietnam Travel. I have written many reviews over the years and always try to be accurate with my words meaning that in some cases I have been critical of service we received but this trip was perfect in every way and I could not fault any aspect of the trip. Thank you so much Custom Vietnam Travel, you gave us the very best trip and we will remember this holiday for many years to come.

We really enjoyed the cycling trip, interspersed with various crossings of the Mekong and it's MANY canals by bridge and boat. Knowledgeable, friendly guide and driver who were wonderful to spend 2 days with. We got an up close experience of the countryside, culture and horticulture of the region as well as the water culture. A highlight of our trip to Vietnam.

We dealt with Rosie Do, who was so patient but quick to respond to our qustions, some of which were trivial. She tailored a trip to our specifications. Every thing from driver, guide and hotel met or exceeded our expectations.

I loved the fact we experienced both the countryside and the busy cities of Vietnam . The rural areas are so fresh and green and with beautiful scenery. We saw the people at work in the fields and surrounding areas and the young girls minding their precious Buffalo and doing their embroidery as they sat in the fields watching the animals. Amazing !

We took an awesome 3 day tour to Mu Cang Chai from Hanoi. Our guide Thanh and driver were wonderful throughout. Thanh's knowledge and enthusiasm for the area was fantastic. The trekking day in the mountains among the rice terraces was perfect - isolated unearthly beauty - an incredible experience! The car journeys were long, but there's no better way to get there and the views are spectacular the whole time. Highly recommended!!
